Participants will learn about the new writing about reading framework that the district is phasing in for all K-5 ELA curriculum. The Claim-Evidence-Evidence and Claim-Evidence-Reasoning framework will be embedded into all ELA units over time. This session will explain the rationale, vertical alignment, and general overview of the new framework.
