This session will introduce or refresh the FLIP IT strategy (dependent upon your familiarity with the strategy) while exploring the connection between adult behavior, student behavior, and the environments we create for children. Staff will reflect on how small shifts in our own responses can help students feel understood, regulated, and supported during challenging moments.
